Role & Responsibilities

• Manage supplier accounts receivables, including RIB verification and supplier data sheets via SAP and SIS-ID
• Process and control invoices through OSS and SAP platforms
• Administer advance payments, expense reports, and travel orders
• Monitor Ivalua workflows for procurement and payment authorization
• Track supplier balance, payment terms, and aging analysis
• Oversee copyright management including full processing via Ivalua, AGESSA, and OSS
• Prepare and file DAS2 declarations for independent contractors
• Manage digitized invoicing through EDICOM
• Create and maintain fixed asset records in SAP
• Develop and update fixed asset and depreciation schedules
• Calculate and record depreciation provisions
• Participate in monthly and annual financial closures including cut-off, outstanding invoices, provisions, and account reconciliation
• Reconcile and clear supplier and general ledger accounts
• Coordinate with external auditors during audit engagements
• Prepare financial statements and reporting packages
• Prepare supplier payment transfers and authorize bank transactions
• Perform bank reconciliations and variance analysis
• Prepare VAT declarations via EDICOM platform

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in accounting or finance (DCG, DSCG, Master CCA or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Accountant or Accounts Payable Specialist
• Demonstrated proficiency in monthly and annual account closures performed autonomously
• Advanced proficiency in SAP
• Experience with Ivalua, Edicom, or Qlik is advantageous
• Expertise in supplier accounting, general accounting, and fixed asset accounting
• Strong command of VAT regulations and reporting obligations (DAS2, Edicom)
• Strong documentation rigor and internal control awareness
• Advanced Excel proficiency

Experience

Minimum 3 years as a General Accountant or Accounts Payable Specialist, with proven autonomous experience in monthly and annual financial closures.

Education

Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in accounting or finance, such as DCG, DSCG, or Master CCA or equivalent qualification.
