LVMH Fragrance Sales Associate role in Wuhan. Drive luxury fragrance retail sales through expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome each customer with warmth and attentiveness upon arrival, ensuring immediate and personable assistance
  • Identify and explore customer needs through comfortable, appropriate communication techniques whilst maintaining professional composure
  • Deliver standardized, personalized service in accordance with brand guidelines to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain professional appearance and personal grooming standards aligned with company policies and luxury retail expectations
  • Execute visual merchandising according to brand standards and display guidelines, ensuring consistent aesthetic presentation of the counter
  • Comply fully with company operational requirements, brand protocols, and counter management directives
  • Actively pursue sales targets, drawing upon personal selling experience whilst maintaining a commitment to continuous learning
  • Accumulate and manage customer data responsibly, ensuring confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information

Qualifications

  • Minimum secondary school education or higher vocational qualification
  • At least 1 year of sales experience in cosmetics or fragrance retail
  • Polished personal appearance with excellent complexion and grooming standards
  • Outgoing personality with genuine warmth and approachability
  • Strong passion for retail and demonstrated enthusiasm for the fragrance and cosmetics industry
