Givenchy seeks a Fragrance Mobile Ambassador at Bluewater, London. Full-time retail beauty role combining sales, product expertise, and brand representation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive understanding of Givenchy brand heritage, artistic direction, and fragrance portfolio
- Achieve all retail sales targets and key performance indicators including average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (ATU), seated services, VIP client engagement, and return appointment scheduling
- Execute daily traffic-stopping activities and convert engagement into sales conversions
- Deliver expert product consultation and ensure all customers receive premium service in product application and fragrance selection
- Maintain strict adherence to merchandising guidelines and hygiene standards in the mobile retail environment
- Support and execute major sales and marketing campaigns both in-store and through external activations
- Collaborate with the Account Manager and Area Manager to ensure smooth operational execution
- Uphold all company standards, store regulations, and operational procedures
