LVMH Fragrance Brands is seeking a Senior Manager, Consumer Engagement in New York, USA. Join a dynamic team to lead consumer engagement strategies for Givenchy and Kenzo.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive consumer engagement strategy for Givenchy and Kenzo across North America, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Oversee lifecycle marketing strategies to identify and engage valuable consumers, driving increased engagement and revenue.
  • Lead the strategic planning process, including the development of a 3-year growth plan for key categories.
  • Manage annual budgets for influencer marketing, content creation, and PR, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with influencers, makeup artists, and celebrities to enhance brand presence and relevancy.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective project management.
  • Provide competitive landscape analysis and actionable recommendations to reinforce brand relevancy in North America.
  • Lead PR and influencer activations, designing events to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Track and analyze earned media KPIs, providing insights to optimize strategy and improve brand rankings.
  • Mentor and develop the Consumer Engagement Assistant Manager to enhance team performance.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of related experience, particularly in the U.S. market.
  • 3+ years of experience in people management, with a proven track record of leading and developing teams.

Skills

Strong background in consumer marketing, with expertise in earned media and social media. Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with experience in cross-functional project management. Superior project management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Consumer-centric mindset with a balance of creative thinking and analytical rigor. Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Fluency in French is a plus.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with significant exposure to the U.S. market and a strong background in consumer marketing.

This position is based in New York, New York, USA.

Compensation

Salary range of $145,000-$155,000, with flexibility to recognize expertise and performance.
