Role & Responsibilities

  • Advise and sell brand products to achieve established sales targets.
  • Provide high-level customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
  • Identify and understand customer needs, offering tailored product solutions.
  • Monitor competitor activities, including special promotions and product launches.
  • Maintain and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales points.
  • Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients and retailers.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales objectives.
  • Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance according to corporate guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Execute assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.

Qualifications

  • Professional training or university degree in Beauty.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury and beauty sectors.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel) and Lotus Notes. Understanding of business KPIs such as UPT, AvB, and Conversion Rate. Autonomy and proactivity. Customer service and client orientation. Results-driven with attention to detail and excellence. Active listening and strong interpersonal communication skills.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field, with desirable experience as a makeup artist.

Education

Professional training or university degree in Beauty.
