Join LVMH Fragrance Brands in New York as an Account Executive. Drive sales goals and manage Beauty Advisors in a dynamic luxury environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and drive established retail sales goals as set by Corporate.
  • Ensure proper usage of all client retention systems in each account.
  • Recruit, hire, and motivate Beauty Advisors to achieve sales goals.
  • Recruit, hire, schedule, and manage freelancers, including budget management.
  • Collaborate with store personnel for product launches, promotions, and special events.
  • Implement corporate merchandising guidelines to maintain brand image at point of sale.
  • Negotiate with store personnel to gain space and improve product locations.
  • Update the corporate office on account profile changes including space, location, and staffing.
  • Assist the Education Department in training and developing Beauty Advisors.
  • Provide the Sales team with information for the account’s monthly business report.
  • Conduct daily travel to various locations as required.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of recruiting and selecting top-performing Beauty Advisors.
  • Experience in multi-door specialty account sell-through.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Persistence in improving market share within area of responsibility. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and judgment.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in recruiting and selecting top-performing Beauty Advisors, with experience in multi-door specialty account sell-through.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in New York, New York, USA, with easy access to New York.

Compensation

Salary range of $90,000-100,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
