Givenchy Fragrance & Beauty Marketing Intern, London – 12-month hybrid role supporting UK/Eire marketing campaigns and brand growth.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in operational implementation of the Givenchy marketing plan for UK and Eire, including launch support, eventing coordination, and management of external agency briefs and artwork approval
  • Generate creative ideas and contribute to departmental marketing initiatives
  • Maintain weekly review and dissemination of asset updates from La Beauty Box to the marketing team
  • Produce team communications including bi-monthly newsletters, retail communications, engraving and artist packs for stores, and launch memos for major brand launches
  • Compile quarterly sales presentations for distribution to Area Managers and Customer Service teams
  • Coordinate room setup for strategy meetings and conferences in collaboration with visual merchandising; arrange retailer gifting for internal meetings
  • Support development of presentation materials for retailer strategy meetings and internal/external presentations
  • Monitor marketing expenditure and reconciliation across internal systems
  • Maintain rigor in media and complimentary product budget tracking; alternate monthly actuals reporting with Marketing Operations Intern
  • Serve as primary liaison for field and sales teams on operational matters and product information including sizes, pricing, and product imagery
  • Track daily field team requirements and coordinate with Sales and Training departments
  • Manage trade requests in alignment with trade marketing plan; place all product and POSM orders including cupboard orders, pre-series, site support, and retailer activations
  • Act as key contact with Customer Service to monitor deliveries and out-of-stock situations
  • Support activation and logistics of local retail events
  • Oversee development and production of retailer-specific marketing materials within Product Manager guidelines and budget parameters
  • Generate launch reports detailing performance versus targets and strategic recommendations
  • Complete minimum two store visits monthly to monitor competitive landscape and maintain competitor tracking records
  • Coordinate cross-departmental efforts on timely completion of launch performance reports
  • Gather qualitative field feedback on new product launches

Qualifications

  • University degree (any discipline)
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
