Givenchy seeks a Fragrance Ambassador in Manchester to deliver luxury customer service and drive sales with product expertise and brand heritage storytelling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire customers through Givenchy brand heritage and fragrance storytelling whilst delivering outstanding customer service
- Approach and engage guests to build genuine connections and understand their fragrance preferences
- Maintain current product knowledge of Givenchy fragrances, new launches, and creative applications
- Manage store presentation standards including stock replenishment, visual displays, and merchandising
- Embody Givenchy values through personal grooming standards and professional demeanor
- Work flexibly across retail operating hours including weekends and evenings
- Develop effective in-store relationships with retail partners and team members
- Plan, coordinate, and execute in-store brand events and activations
- Drive sales performance and exceed assigned targets consistently
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or fragrance industry experience
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers and drive sales
- Fluency in product knowledge and ability to educate customers on fragrance qualities
- Strong personal presentation and adherence to luxury brand grooming standards
- Flexibility to work retail schedules including weekends and evenings
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years in retail or fragrance sales environments, preferably with exposure to luxury beauty or prestige fragrance brands.
Education
No formal qualifications specified; however, knowledge of the fragrance industry and luxury retail best practices is highly valued.
