Givenchy seeks a Fragrance Ambassador in London at Boots Liverpool Street; part-time, 15 hours weekly. Luxury beauty retail role combining brand advocacy with sales excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Givenchy brand heritage, artistic direction, and fragrance portfolio
- Drive retail sales performance against all KPIs including Average Transaction Value (ATV), Average Unit (ATU), seated consultations, VIP client development, and return appointment targets
- Execute proactive floor engagement and traffic-stopping techniques to convert customer interest into sales
- Deliver consultative fragrance services, including product education and application guidance, to ensure optimal client satisfaction
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, hygiene protocols, and in-store presentation guidelines
- Support major promotional and marketing campaigns both within and outside the store environment
- Collaborate with the Account Manager, Store Sales Manager, and Area Manager to ensure smooth operational execution
- Comply with all company policies, store regulations, and professional standards
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Self-motivated with proven target-driven work ethic
- Competent makeup application skills and proficiency in fragrance application
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passion for fragrance and luxury beauty products
Skills
Experience
Retail experience within the fragrance or prestige beauty industry is preferred. Entry-level candidates with demonstrable passion for fragrance and strong customer service orientation will be considered.
Education
No formal educational requirements specified; however, training in fragrance consultation or beauty retail is advantageous.
