Givenchy seeks a Fragrance Ambassador in London (John Lewis Stratford) — full-time role representing Parfums Givenchy.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the Givenchy fragrance house and embody the brand ethos, artistic direction and product positioning.
  • Achieve retail sales targets and KPIs (ATV, ATU, seated services, VIP client management, return appointments).
  • Deliver traffic-stopping client interactions and convert footfall into measurable sales performance.
  • Provide exemplary product demonstrations and guidance on the application and use of Givenchy fragrances and related beauty products.
  • Maintain brand merchandising, hygiene and visual standards at all times.
  • Support in-store and off-site marketing and sales events, including promotional activity and VIP initiatives.
  • Assist the Account Manager, Area Manager and Store Sales Manager in the daily running and commercial performance of the account.
  • Adhere to company and store policies, procedures and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable ability to work effectively within a retail team environment.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a commercial mindset.
  • Competent make-up application skills and knowledge of beauty product application.
  • Strong verbal communication and organisational abilities.
  • Previous experience in retail, preferably within fragrance or beauty, is desirable.
  • A genuine passion for fragrance and luxury beauty.

Experience

Entry-level role; candidates with prior customer-facing retail experience are preferred, and experience within the fragrance or beauty sector is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; further training or vocational qualifications in beauty, cosmetics or retail are advantageous.
