Givenchy Ambassador role in Leicester, UK. Full-time fragrance retail position with commission and benefits. Luxury LVMH brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire customers through storytelling of the Givenchy heritage whilst delivering outstanding customer service
- Approach guests proactively and cultivate genuine, lasting connections
- Maintain current product knowledge of fragrances and communicate creative brand ideas effectively
- Uphold store standards including stock replenishment and visual merchandising execution
- Embody the Givenchy brand identity with professional grooming standards and a solution-oriented attitude
- Work flexibly across retail hours, including weekends and evenings
- Build and maintain effective relationships with in-store colleagues and management
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver in-store events and promotional activities
- Consistently exceed sales targets and drive revenue performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales or retail environments
- Demonstrated passion for fragrance, perfumery, or luxury consumer products
- Strong ability to build rapport and engage customers in meaningful dialogue
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with attention to detail
- High standards of personal presentation and grooming
- Flexibility to work evening, weekend, and full-time retail schedules

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales or retail is required. Prior experience in luxury fragrance, cosmetics, or premium beauty retail is highly advantageous.
Education
No formal educational qualifications are specified; however, a comprehensive understanding of fragrance categories, notes, and brand positioning will be expected and may be gained through training.
