The Fragrance Ambassador represents Givenchy at Boots in Belfast, driving retail sales and KPIs while delivering high standards of product service, merchandising and hygiene. This is a permanent, full-time position of 37.5 hours per week, reporting to the Account Manager, Store Sales Manager and Givenchy Area Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of Givenchy’s brand ethos, evolution and artistic direction.
- Achieve retail sales targets and KPIs, including ATV, ATU, seated services, VIP clients and return appointments.
- Use traffic-stopping techniques daily to generate sales.
- Provide customers with the highest level of service in the application and use of Givenchy products.
- Follow merchandising guidelines and hygiene standards.
- Support major in-store and out-of-store sales and marketing activities.
- Support the Account Manager and Area Manager in the smooth running of the account.
- Follow company and store standards, rules and regulations.
Qualifications
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Competent make-up application skills.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Previous experience in fragrance retail is preferred.
- A passion for fragrance is essential.
