LVMH Métiers d'Art — Paris: Financial Control & Consolidation Apprentice. Apprenticeship supporting monthly closings, consolidation and Power BI automation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Financial Control Manager in monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities for the LVMH Métiers d'Art holding.
  • Monitor central holding expenses: analyse MTD/YTD variances versus budget and maintain analytical allocations.
  • Participate in the preparation and consolidation of group reporting and statutory consolidation tasks.
  • Contribute to budget preparation for the holding and follow up on project-related spend and supplier setup.
  • Perform balance sheet and cash‑flow analyses when required and assist on consolidation, legal and tax items for group reporting.
  • Help develop and automate reporting tools (Power BI) and implement trackers for commitments and expenditure follow‑up.
  • Collaborate on cross‑functional MdA projects and provide ad hoc assistance to the finance and controlling teams.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in finance, accounting or management (or DSCG / equivalent) and enrolment in an apprenticeship programme.
  • Initial professional experience in consolidation, audit or in an accounting firm.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with business intelligence tools (Power BI).
  • Excellent analytical rigor, attention to detail and good understanding of how financials link to operations.
  • Fluent in French and English; Italian and/or Spanish are advantageous.
