Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly closing processes for assigned brand portfolios, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data in coordination with accounting and operational partners
  • Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results against budget and forecast; perform trend analysis and profitability assessments by brand
  • Prepare monthly dashboard reporting across brands and consolidated portfolio views, including sales, gross margin, inventory, and operating expense metrics
  • Develop monthly forecasting reports in collaboration with operational teams, including budgets, reforecasts, and strategic plans aligned with headquarters deadlines
  • Monitor departmental and store-level costs, delivering MTD and YTD analysis by brand, department, store, and expense category with action plan recommendations
  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses including investment evaluations, competitive benchmarking, retail performance comparisons, and cross-brand assessments to inform business decisions
  • Partner with department heads and brand stakeholders to identify business drivers, risks, and opportunities across the portfolio
  • Support operational teams with data-driven insights to challenge assumptions, validate business cases, and prioritize strategic actions
  • Assist in preparing executive-level presentations and financial summaries for leadership review
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes, templates, and reporting tools to enhance standardization and efficiency across the multi-brand organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance
  • 3+ years of controlling and financial analysis experience in luxury retail
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and strong command of Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint for executive presentations
  • Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP and Cegid
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders and brands
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities, capable of articulating complex financial information to both finance and non-finance audiences
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with commitment to continuous improvement
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed, multi-brand environment
