Role & Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to project leads across large-scale finance transformation programmes affecting organisation, processes and systems.
• Contribute to the deployment and roll-out of new financial processes in France and internationally, coordinating with internal business units.
• Support implementation of new tools in collaboration with Finance business teams, IT and external advisors (e.g., Big Four firms).
• Analyse requirements and model/ formalise financial business processes and related documentation.
• Own aspects of project governance: plan project approaches, construct timelines and ensure rigorous committee reporting (comitology).
• Track project actions, drive follow-up with multiple stakeholders and coordinate internal and external teams.
• Monitor project budgets and contractual commitments and report on financial status.
• Support change management activities and execute communication strategies to facilitate adoption.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or preparing a Master's-level degree (Bac+4/5) in business, engineering, finance or a related discipline.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, intellectual rigour and a proactive mindset.
• Strong analytical judgement, critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Creative problem-solver with the ability to adapt to varied project methodologies.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Demonstrates the values of creativity, excellence and entrepreneurial spirit.

Skills

Experience

Entry-level; suitable for candidates with academic project work and/or internships in finance, project management or transformation programmes. Prior exposure to cross-functional projects or consultancy environments is advantageous.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Master's-level programme (Bac+4/5) in business, engineering, finance or a related field.
