Role & Responsibilities
- Support month‑end closing for transportation and logistics activities, ensure timely accruals and provide booking instructions to accounting.
- Analyse monthly P&L and explain variances versus prior year and budget; evaluate brand profitability.
- Prepare and distribute monthly management reporting for brand teams.
- Review and update controlling procedures; recommend improvements to internal controls and reporting flows.
- Streamline reporting processes and help organise consolidated access to financial data.
- Maintain communication with third‑party providers and stakeholders to ensure accurate data and collaboration.
- Perform ad hoc financial analyses and follow up on project deliverables.
Qualifications
- Commitment to a 6‑month internship from June 2026 to December 2026.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills; able to work with cross‑functional teams.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process orientation.
- Team player with adaptability to a fast‑changing business environment and system‑oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Excel required; experience with SAP and Power BI is a plus.
