Finance Intern (Controlling) at LBeauty Singapore – LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics. Six-month hybrid internship supporting FP&A and financial controlling across Southeast Asia.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct month-end closing review of general and administrative expenses and logistics costs across six LBeauty entities
- Analyse monthly variances against prior-year performance and budget forecasts, obtaining management explanations and documentation
- Enhance tracking and oversight of logistics and information technology expenditures
- Support monthly consolidation and reporting processes with particular focus on sales revenue streams
- Maintain and administer the Sell-out (BISO) platform to ensure data accuracy and system integrity
- Streamline and optimize reporting workflows and coordinate data access protocols for stakeholder transparency
- Maintain effective cross-functional communication with internal and external partners to ensure collaborative alignment
- Execute ad hoc financial analyses and monitor project deliverables as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to commit full-time to a six-month internship from December 2026/January 2027 through June 2027
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data analysis
- Demonstrated interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines
- SAP and Power BI experience preferred
- Adaptability and flexibility to evolving business requirements and operational changes
- Team-oriented mentality with proactive engagement
- Systems-thinking approach to process optimization
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level finance or accounting experience; recent graduates or final-year undergraduate students in finance, accounting, business, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
