Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform month‑end closing reviews of G&A and logistics costs across six LBeauty entities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyse key variances versus prior year and budget and obtain/record explanations from local stakeholders.
  • Improve tracking and follow‑up of logistics and IT expenditures to support cost control.
  • Support monthly consolidation and reporting activities with a focus on sales performance and related reconciliations.
  • Maintain and update the sell‑out (BISO) platform to ensure timely sales data availability.
  • Streamline reporting processes and help organise access to financial and operational data.
  • Coordinate with external parties and internal teams to ensure effective collaboration and information flow.
  • Deliver ad‑hoc analyses and follow up on financial projects as requested by the Controlling team.

Qualifications

  • Available to commit full‑time to a six‑month internship (June/July to December 2026).
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills required; experience with SAP and Power BI is a strong plus.
  • Adaptable and flexible to evolving business needs and priorities.
  • Collaborative team player with a systems‑oriented approach.

Entry‑level — suitable for students or recent graduates. No prior full‑time professional experience required; internship experience or coursework in finance/controlling is advantageous. Must be available full‑time for the full six‑month period.

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's or master's programme in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
