Finance Controller Intern at LVMH Beauty Iberia in Madrid. Support financial operations across perfumes and cosmetics division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Control and analyze cost data, employee headcount (HC), and Full-Time Equivalents (FTE), ensuring robust monitoring and deviation analysis
- Update and maintain dashboards, monitor KPIs by brand, and consolidate LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics reporting figures
- Prepare and monitor monthly and annual group reporting data
- Generate reports and conduct variance analysis for the HR department to support decision-making
- Participate in the budget process, update changes, and conduct analyses in alignment with Group and local guidelines
- Assist in annual salary review processes by verifying salary data and preparing supporting reports
- Support implementation of Compensation and Benefits policies, including offer comparisons and expenditure forecasting
- Manage invoicing from Compensation & Benefits suppliers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Industrial Organization Engineering, or equivalent field
- Fluent English (C1 level minimum)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities
- Planning and organizational skills with reliable deadline adherence
- Sensitivity to the luxury industry and business-oriented mindset
- University internship agreement eligible for a minimum six-month duration

Beginner level; previous professional experience is considered a plus.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Industrial Organization Engineering, or similar field required. Master's degree is considered advantageous.
