LVMH Beauty Iberia is recruiting finance and operations interns for a 12-month program starting September 2026 in Madrid, Spain. Full-time internship in treasury, customer service, and finance control.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support customer service team with order processing, returns management, and claims resolution
- Assist with daily cash management, bank reconciliations, and payment processing for suppliers and intercompany transactions
- Monitor and contribute to retail cash operations and credit card collections
- Assist in expenditure analysis, cost tracking, and budget deviation monitoring
- Support monthly closing activities, expense tracking, and financial reporting
- Assist in preparation of budgets and key financial reports (P&L, travel & expense, advertising)
- Support management of purchase order process and invoice control
- Monitor and follow-up outstanding payments and customer accounts
- Process payments and perform account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate customer account records and provide regular debt status reporting
Qualifications
- Eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university
- Fluent English (C1 level required)
- Fluent Spanish (C1 level required)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Full-time availability for 12-month duration

Currently enrolled student eligible to complete an internship through an official university.
