LVMH Beauty Iberia internships in Finance & Operations, Madrid, Spain — 12-month full-time programme starting September 2026 for university students.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support assigned department with daily operational and administrative tasks relevant to the specific internship track
- Assist in financial data entry, expense tracking, budget analysis, and monthly closing activities (Finance track) or customer service operations and order management (Customer Service track)
- Support retail operations analysis, inventory management, and KPI reporting for store network performance (Retail Operations track)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements, invoice control, and cost allocation
- Contribute to preparation of financial reports, reconciliations, and management analyses as applicable to assigned role
- Maintain accurate records and support ad-hoc operational and financial projects
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a recognized university programme
- Eligible to sign a formal 6-month internship agreement through an official academic institution
- Fluent English and Spanish language skills (C1 level minimum)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office suite
- Knowledge of SAP environments and Power BI highly desirable
- Familiarity with luxury goods, beauty, or luxury retail operations a strong plus

Currently enrolled in or recently completed an undergraduate or graduate degree programme at an accredited university.
