Role & Responsibilities
- Support the education team with operational tasks and the logistical preparation of events and training activities.
- Coach and mentor beauty advisors on the shop floor to elevate selling techniques and individual KPIs.
- Own and execute sales-driven activations in-store, demonstrating measurable impact on retail performance.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of the annual training programme; update training tools and collateral.
- Coordinate and administer training sessions, ad-hoc learning requests, travel arrangements, stock management, invoicing, payments and uniform logistics.
- Lead by example on counter through brand selling ceremonies, best-practice demonstrations and performance-driven coaching.
Qualifications
- Proven shop-floor retail experience with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for training documentation and reporting.
- Organised, time‑conscious and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Enthusiastic, self-reliant, proactive and an effective team player; flexible to travel as required by training and retail schedules.

Experience
Entry-level to early-career candidate with hands-on shop-floor retail experience and demonstrable success against sales KPIs; comfortable delivering in-store coaching and supporting training operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or certified training in beauty, retail or hospitality preferred.
