Givenchy Fashion Advisor position in Tsimshatsui, Hong Kong—luxury retail sales and customer service role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide tailored styling solutions to enhance the shopping experience
- Drive sales growth through strategic cross-selling and upselling of products and complementary items
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide product knowledge and expertise
- Process transactions at the point of sale and ensure accuracy of all checkout procedures
- Conduct follow-up communications with existing and prospective customers regarding promotions and new arrivals
- Support operational activities including stock management, merchandise replenishment, and sales floor presentation
- Receive and process incoming merchandise, ensuring proper tagging, pricing, and display of new collections
- Execute and support in-store events, product launches, and seasonal promotions
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays to align with brand guidelines and seasonal themes
- Uphold health, safety, and security protocols to ensure a secure environment for staff and customers
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion retail, luxury retail, or customer-facing roles
- Demonstrated expertise in luxury fashion products and brand heritage
- Strong understanding of product knowledge and styling techniques
- Proven ability to build client relationships and identify customer needs
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury fashion retail or a comparable customer-facing environment within the fashion industry.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent); tertiary education in fashion, business, or hospitality is preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Tsimshatsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong, with easy access to Hong Kong.
