LVMH Fragrance Brands — Levallois-Perret: Export Marketing Manager role for EURAF markets, overseeing trade marketing, media and distributor activation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and steer the export operational marketing strategy for Europe and Africa in partnership with Area Managers, establishing market-by-market priorities, A&P investment guidelines and marketing plans for agents/distributors.
  • Validate and monitor local marketing plan implementation, ensuring consistency with brand directives and local market specificities.
  • Design and approve commercial activations and trade marketing programs adapted to each market; challenge market activation plans and share best practices across teams and brands.
  • Define media, influencer and merchandising plans with markets; validate media briefs for local agencies, monitor campaign execution and produce post-campaign analyses with actionable recommendations.
  • Define CapEx investment strategy with Area Managers and deploy in-market projects, supervising execution and ROI.
  • Contribute to budget equation analysis, prepare budget presentations and define ITO projections for commercial lines each fiscal year.
  • Set forecasting guidelines, challenge and validate market sales forecasts, monitor forecast accuracy versus actuals and implement corrective plans when necessary.
  • Consolidate and analyse market performance data (sell-out, distribution summaries, launch KPIs) and deliver strategic recommendations to brands and senior management.
  • Ensure marketing tools and POS materials (PLV), digital assets and guidelines are adapted to EURAF markets and compliant with local constraints.
  • Conduct competitive and market intelligence across the EURAF zone and share insights with central and local teams.
  • Line-manage a Product Marketing Manager and an intern; liaise transversally with central functions, agents and external agencies. Frequent travel across the region is required.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in operational marketing / trade marketing, ideally within perfumes & cosmetics, either in a subsidiary or at an agent/distributor.
  • Proven experience working with export/distributor models and multicultural markets across Europe and Africa.
  • Fluent English (oral and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills, commercial orientation and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent organisational autonomy, rigor and result-driven mindset.
  • Creative mindset with demonstrated ability to run projects and innovate.
  • Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management capability.

Experience
