LVMH seeks an Executive Assistant (fixed-term) in Paris to support the Secretariat General. Senior role requiring bilingual French/English.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings, and organise domestic and international travel, including bookings and expense report follow-up.
- Prepare and coordinate meeting materials, assemble documentation, take and circulate minutes, and ensure timely follow-up of action items and deadlines.
- Coordinate communications and information flow for the Secretariat General, filter calls and emails, welcome visitors and maintain a professional reception for executives.
- Support team coordination: facilitate internal communication, help prepare presentations and internal documents, and organise team events and seminars.
- Liaise with other executive assistants across the Group to synchronise schedules, share information and ensure consistency of administrative processes.
- Draft, format and proofread correspondence, notes and reports with high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years' experience in an executive assistant or similar high-level administrative role, preferably within an international group or demanding professional environment (e.g., consulting, legal, executive office).
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven discretion and strict respect for confidentiality when handling sensitive matters.
- Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively across functions.

Experience
At least 8 years of progressive experience in an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative position, ideally within an international corporate environment, executive office, or high-pressure professional services firm.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (e.g., BTS/DUT) in business administration, languages, communications or related field preferred.
