LVMH Paris recruits Events Project Manager in Corporate Communications, reporting to Head of Events. Master's + 6 years event experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead strategic conception, planning, and execution of diverse events in France and internationally, managing the complete event value chain
- Supervise production and logistics oversight for each event, ensuring proper execution and risk mitigation
- Coordinate project teams and manage relationships with key partners and suppliers (scenography, production, technical, talent)
- Collaborate with communications teams on content creation, brand imagery, and influencer strategy to maximize event impact and brand coherence
- Manage event budgets rigorously and monitor performance indicators, including ESG metrics
- Develop strategic reports and position papers for executive leadership (COMEX level)
- Ensure cross-departmental coordination across the group to align objectives and execute projects effectively
- Contribute to editorial development and support communications materials related to all events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in business school or communications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in event communications, preferably including agency and in-house advertiser experience
- Strategic mindset combined with strong operational and execution capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with meticulous attention to detail and rigorous organization
- Open-minded, curious, and proactive with strong awareness of current trends and developments in event management
- Sensitivity to societal and sustainability issues
- Excellent written communication skills and editorial competence
- Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities, particularly in complex, multi-party scenarios
- Bilingual English proficiency (written and oral)

Experience
Minimum 6 years of experience in event communications, with preferred background in both agency and in-house corporate environments. Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder events from conception through execution.
Education
Master's degree from a business school or programme in communications.
