LVMH Paris: Event Project Manager (F/H) in Corporate Communications. Lead strategic event planning and execution across Europe. Full-time, hybrid role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Pilot the strategic conception, planning, and execution of diverse corporate events for varied audiences across France and international markets, ensuring comprehensive management of the event value chain
  • Supervise production and logistics oversight for each event, guaranteeing seamless execution and adherence to quality standards
  • Federate project teams and coordinate key partners and suppliers including scenography, production, technical, and talent resources
  • Collaborate closely with communications teams to ensure strategic alignment across content creation, brand imagery, and influencer strategy, maximizing event impact
  • Manage event budgets rigorously and monitor performance metrics, including ESG indicators and ROI
  • Develop strategic reports and executive briefings for senior leadership, including COMEX-level presentations
  • Ensure cross-departmental coordination across the group to align objectives and guarantee successful project execution
  • Contribute to editorial development and support all communications materials related to events

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business school, communications, or equivalent field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in event communications, preferably including agency and client-side roles
  • Bilingual English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong editorial and writing capabilities
  • Proven relationship management skills to federate diverse stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset combined with operational excellence and meticulous attention to detail
  • Knowledge of current trends in event marketing and stakeholder engagement
  • Sensitivity to societal and sustainability issues

Experience
