LVMH Event Project Manager, Paris. Lead corporate events strategy and execution across France and internationally for the world's leading luxury group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead strategic conception, planning, and execution of corporate events of varying nature and target audiences across France and internationally
- Oversee production supervision and logistics management for all events, ensuring seamless on-site execution
- Coordinate project teams and manage relationships with key partners and suppliers including scenography, production, technical, and talent specialists
- Collaborate cross-functionally with communications teams on content creation, brand imagery, and influencer strategy to ensure consistent brand alignment and maximize event impact
- Manage event budgets rigorously and monitor performance indicators, including ESG metrics
- Develop strategic reporting and prepare executive-level briefs and strategic notes for COMEX leadership
- Ensure effective cross-departmental coordination across the Group to align objectives and execute projects successfully
- Contribute to editorial development and support the creation of all event-related communication materials
Qualifications
- Master's degree from a business or communications school
- Minimum 6 years of experience in event communications, preferably with prior agency experience followed by corporate-side exposure
- Strategic mindset coupled with strong operational execution capabilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Open-minded, curious, and proactive with keen awareness of current trends and developments in the events industry
- Demonstrated sensitivity to societal and ESG issues
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple parallel projects and prioritize effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent editorial command
- Proven ability to engage and mobilize diverse stakeholders to advance complex initiatives successfully
- Bilingual in English and French at professional proficiency level (both written and oral)

Minimum 6 years of experience in event communications, with preference for an agency background followed by corporate-side experience demonstrating both strategic thinking and operational excellence.
Education
Master's degree from a business school or communications program.
