LVMH Paris seeks experienced Event Project Manager for Corporate Communications; manage strategic events across France and internationally with strong communications and project management expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Pilot the strategic conception, planning, and execution of diverse corporate events across France and international markets, managing the complete event value chain
- Supervise production and logistics operations for each event, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to timelines
- Coordinate project teams and manage key partners and vendors including scenography, production, technical, and talent specialists
- Collaborate with internal communications, content creation, image, and influencer strategy teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize impact
- Rigorously manage project budgets and monitor performance indicators, including ESG metrics
- Prepare strategic reports and executive briefs for senior management and COMEX-level stakeholders
- Ensure cross-departmental coordination across the group to align objectives and guarantee successful project execution
- Contribute to editorial writing and communications support for all event-related materials
Qualifications
- Master's degree from a business school or communications program
- Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate events and communications
- Proven experience in event agencies and with brand/advertiser-side responsibilities
- Demonstrated strategic mindset combined with operational project management expertise
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with refined editorial quality
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
- Sensitivity to societal and ESG issues
- Fluent English (written and oral)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate event communications, ideally with background in event agencies followed by brand-side experience; demonstrated capacity for both strategic thinking and rigorous operational execution of complex initiatives.
Education
Master's degree from a business school or communications program (Master 2 niveau).
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
