LVMH seeks Event Operations Coordinator intern in Paris (8th arrondissement) from March 2027. Support academic recruitment events across luxury group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead operational management of LVMH academic events: planning with detailed briefs, milestones, and checklists; multi-stakeholder coordination
- Coordinate event logistics including participant registration, invitations, confirmations, and attendee management
- Manage vendor relationships including RFQs, production oversight, and delivery coordination (exhibition stands, catering, photography, event service providers)
- Collect and analyse qualitative and quantitative feedback; develop continuous improvement recommendations
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (group and maisons) and external partners (school directors, faculty, students)
- Maintain and distribute academic calendars and shared planning schedules
- Create and distribute communication materials including registration support, invitations, and logistical information
- Serve as ambassador for key initiatives including INSIDE LVMH and Graduate Programs
- Manage administrative and budgetary oversight of events, ensuring compliance with allocated budgets
- Track and process vendor quotations, purchase orders, and invoices
- Participate in monthly steering committees with Campus Managers; prepare presentation materials
- Strengthen visibility of strategic academic partner programmes
Qualifications
- First professional experience in event coordination, operations, hospitality, event communications, or HR/recruitment with significant logistical component
- Exceptional organisational capability: simultaneous management of multiple events, prioritisation, rigour, and deadline adherence
- Genuine interest in luxury sector and demanding environments
- Fluent French and very good English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel)

Skills
Experience
Beginner level; first internship or work-study programme in event coordination, operations, hospitality, or HR/recruitment with strong logistical responsibility.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree programme in events management, business administration, communication, hospitality management, or human resources.
