LVMH Event Operations Coordinator internship in Paris – manage academic recruitment events and campus engagement programs, September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end planning and execution of academic events including forums, conferences, campus visits, LVMH Days, industry roundtables, business case competitions, and speaker engagements
- Coordinate logistics including participant registration, invitations, confirmations, and attendance management across all events
- Brief and manage external vendors including event setup professionals, catering providers, photographers, and hospitality staff
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, checklists, and multi-stakeholder coordination frameworks for each initiative
- Collect qualitative and quantitative feedback post-event and develop continuous improvement recommendations
- Serve as primary liaison between internal stakeholders (group headquarters, individual Maisons, regional teams) and external partners (academic institutions, faculty, student groups)
- Maintain and distribute the academic calendar, shared planning schedules, and event communications to all stakeholders
- Create communications materials including registration forms, invitations, and event details
- Promote LVMH recruitment programs including INSIDE LVMH and Graduate Programs initiatives
- Manage event budgets, track vendor quotations and purchase orders, and oversee invoice processing
- Participate in monthly committee meetings with Campus Managers from across the Maisons and prepare polished presentations
- Increase visibility and strengthen partnerships with strategic academic institutions
Qualifications
- Prior internship or work-study experience in event coordination, operations, hospitality, event communications, or HR/recruitment with significant logistical components
- Exceptional organizational capabilities with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent events while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluent in French and proficient English speaker
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Demonstrated interest in the luxury sector and comfort working in demanding, high-attention environments

Experience
Entry-level candidate with prior internship or work-study experience in event coordination, operations, hospitality, event communications, or HR/recruitment with a strong logistical component.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in event management, hospitality, communications, human resources, or a related discipline.
