LVMH Event Operations Coordinator (Intern)
LVMH in Paris seeks an Event Operations Coordinator intern to support academic and campus events; on-site in 8th arrondissement, starting Sept 2026.

Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute LVMH academic events (school forums, conferences, campus visits, LVMH Day, roundtables, business cases) with end-to-end operational ownership.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, checklists and shared calendars to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and Maison Campus Managers.
- Manage event logistics: registrations, invitations, participant tracking and on-site guest flow.
- Brief and manage external suppliers (stands, catering, photography, maître d’hôtel): obtain quotes, monitor production and ensure timely delivery.
- Control event budgets, process purchase orders and invoices, and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
- Collect qualitative and quantitative feedback post-event, produce concise reports and propose continuous improvement actions.
- Develop and distribute event communications and registration materials; act as ambassador for INSIDE LVMH and Graduate Programs.
- Prepare polished presentations and materials for monthly committees with Campus Managers and strategic academic partners.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in events management, hospitality, communications, HR, or a related discipline.
- First practical experience in event coordination, hospitality, campus recruitment, or communications (internship or alternance).
- Fluent French and a very good level of English, both spoken and written.
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, prioritise tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- High attention to detail and ability to represent luxury-brand standards of quality and presentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

First professional experience via internship or alternance in event coordination, hospitality operations, communications, or recruitment with significant logistical responsibility.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree in events, hospitality, communications, human resources or a related field.
