LVMH — Event Communications Apprentice in Paris. 12‑month apprenticeship in the communications team focusing on event production, content and reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the four‑person communications team in the conception, coordination and operational delivery of group events.
- Research and propose creative concepts, formats and venues tailored to each Maison and event brief.
- Identify, evaluate and select primary and secondary suppliers and partners (agencies, catering, hospitality, technical production, décor, host/hostess services).
- Manage relationships with lead agencies; coordinate production schedules and on‑site logistics with secondary vendors.
- Monitor event budgets and contribute to cost‑optimisation efforts.
- Draft briefing documents, post‑event reports and presentation materials for internal stakeholders and senior management.
- Produce written content for press releases, internal/external newsletters and digital channels; support social media and digital amplification strategies.
- Compile debriefs and perform post‑event analysis and reporting to assess impact and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a post‑secondary programme in communications, events, marketing or equivalent (Bac+2 / at least two years of higher education) and eligible for an apprenticeship contract.
- Previous practical experience in a communications or events department (internships, alternance or similar).
- Excellent written communication and drafting skills.
- Fluent English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy and the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders and external agencies.
- High degree of rigor, proactivity, autonomy and strong organisational skills.
- Passion for events and a good knowledge of the events market, suppliers and current trends.
- Sensitivity to luxury codes: attention to detail, discretion and commitment to excellence.
