LVMH in Paris seeks an Event Communications Apprentice for a 12-month apprenticeship in corporate communications — on-site role beginning in September.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the conception, coordination and operational delivery of corporate events and Maison activations, from creative concept to on-site execution.
  • Research and identify venues, concepts and third-party suppliers; manage relationships with lead agencies and primary vendors.
  • Coordinate production and logistics with secondary suppliers (catering, front-of-house, technical crews, set design) to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Monitor event budgets and contribute to cost optimization initiatives and vendor negotiations.
  • Draft briefing documents, post-event reports and internal communications to valorize events with stakeholders and senior management.
  • Contribute to the creation of external communications materials, including press releases, internal newsletters and social media content.
  • Support digital outreach and amplification strategies for events across social channels and internal platforms.
  • Compile debrief analyses and performance reports using event metrics and qualitative feedback.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a recognised programme in communication, events, marketing or equivalent (Bac +2 minimum) and eligible for an apprenticeship contract.
  • Previous practical experience in a communications or events team (internships, prior alternance or similar placements).
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills, with strong attention to tone and detail.
  • Very good interpersonal skills, diplomacy and the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • Highly organised, proactive, autonomous and able to anticipate operational needs under tight deadlines.
  • Genuine interest in the luxury sector and familiarity with its codes of excellence, creativity and service.

Experience

Entry-level — some prior internships or alternance experience within a communications or events function is required; demonstrable hands-on involvement in event projects is preferred.

Education

Pursuing a diploma in Communication, Event Management, Marketing or related field (Bac +2 minimum) and eligible for an apprenticeship/alternance programme.
