LVMH Paris internship in Ethics & Compliance risk monitoring; 6-month full-time stage from January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct data reporting and analysis of annual Ethics & Compliance results using Excel and Power BI, producing dashboards and performance indicators for the group anti-corruption program
  • Provide methodological support to group houses on compliance controls, including risk mapping, third-party due diligence, accounting controls, and control plans; prepare training materials and toolkits
  • Assist in executing and monitoring second-level Ethics & Compliance controls across the group
  • Contribute to the maintenance and animation of the group intranet platform dedicated to compliance, including regulatory updates, tool monitoring, and resource management
  • Support the preparation of materials and presentations for internal compliance committees

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's 2 degree in business, engineering, or university-based program with specialization in Internal Audit & Controls, Risk Management, or Compliance
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities with strong attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas) and PowerPoint; Power BI experience is preferred
  • Fluent English in written and spoken communication
  • Familiarity with key compliance frameworks including Sapin 2, anti-money laundering, and international sanctions regulations

Experience

Entry-level intern with foundational knowledge of compliance, audit, or risk management frameworks, or relevant academic coursework in these disciplines.

Master's 2 degree (final year Master's, or equivalent advanced diploma from a recognized business school, engineering school, or university) with specialization in Internal Audit & Controls, Risk Management, or Compliance.
