LVMH seeks an Employee Relations Project Manager in New York to lead a six-month initiative developing and implementing company-wide ER frameworks and processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, workstreams, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for the six-month ER framework initiative
- Design and document company-wide ER frameworks, processes, tools, templates, and implementation materials for consistent organizational application
- Establish standardized procedures for ER intake, triage, investigation support, documentation, resolution, escalation, and follow-up processes
- Identify process gaps, project risks, dependencies, and decision points, recommending practical improvements to strengthen clarity, consistency, and scalability
- Develop and support delivery of ER process training materials and rollout plans for employees, HR partners, and organizational stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional project engagement with HR, Legal, Ethics, and key internal partners to align ER processes with company policies and risk considerations
- Manage stakeholder input sessions, meeting agendas, follow-ups, and action items to maintain project momentum and accountability
- Define roles, responsibilities, decision points, escalation paths, and governance expectations across all stages of the ER process
- Track project progress, dependencies, open items, and implementation risks, escalating issues to support timely delivery
- Partner with Legal to establish best practices across the ER process, including meeting protocols, communication guidance, and documentation standards
- Support implementation of equitable treatment protocols and consistent handling of employee relations matters across the organization
- Assist with ER matter intake, organization, tracking, documentation, and preparation of summaries and timelines
- Maintain project trackers, status updates, implementation checklists, and documentation repositories to support organized execution and future sustainability
- Collect, organize, and analyze ER-related data to identify trends, recurring concerns, and opportunities for measurable improvement
- Develop project status updates, dashboards, and summary reporting to communicate progress, risks, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders
- Support reporting that measures process effectiveness, year-over-year successes, challenges, and opportunities using tangible data points
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of employee relations, HR project management, or related experience
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing HR processes, frameworks, or organizational initiatives
- Strong project management capabilities with experience managing cross-functional initiatives and complex timelines
- Ability to navigate sensitive HR and legal matters with discretion and confidentiality
- Experience coordinating with legal, compliance, and ethics functions on HR matters
- Proficiency with data analysis and reporting to inform process improvements
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in employee relations, HR project management, HR operations, or closely related disciplines. Proven track record of designing and implementing HR processes, managing cross-functional initiatives, and coordinating with Legal, Ethics, and compliance functions.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field preferred; relevant professional HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) or project management certifications (PMP, CAPM) are advantageous.
