LVMH Fragrance Brands E-Retail Internship, Givenchy Beauty, Levallois-Perret: Project Coordinator Assistant for online retail marketing (January–July 2027).
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage product catalog referencing for fragrance, makeup, and skincare across 19 retailer websites, including creation, optimization, and enrichment of product listings with copywriting, imagery, and video assets
- Collaborate on e-trade calendar implementation and monitoring, coordinating online visibility campaigns, promotional offers, and sampling initiatives
- Develop e-trade visibilities including banners, sponsored placements, and e-merchandising assets; create digital brand content including landing pages, newsletters, and social media content to amplify the brand's online presence
- Participate in innovative digital activation projects aimed at driving traffic and enhancing customer experience, including shade finder tools, fragrance finder technologies, interactive storytelling, influencer content creation, and gaming experiences
- Conduct monthly KPI tracking and performance reporting on online channels; produce launch recaps and strategic analyses to inform decision-making
- Execute competitive monitoring and market intelligence gathering within the beauty sector
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +4 to +5 years or equivalent, preferably in commerce, marketing, or a related university program
- First experience in e-commerce or e-retail environments, particularly in product referencing and digital visibility, is advantageous
- Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail, responsiveness, organizational discipline, and autonomous working capability
- Aesthetic and digital sensitivity with refined brand sensibility
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated motivation for data exploitation and performance analysis
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Experience
Entry-level to early career, with preference for previous e-commerce or e-retail exposure. No specific years required; openness to recent graduates with relevant academic specialization.
Education
Baccalauréat +4 or +5 in commerce, marketing, digital marketing, or related university discipline.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 1,300 to EUR 1,400 per month.
