LVMH Fragrance Brands E-Retail Intern (January 2027) in Brussels—support digital strategy for Kenzo and Givenchy across Benelux e-commerce channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Optimize dedicated brand spaces on e-retailer platforms, updating merchandising catalogs with novelties, discontinuations, and promotional content
- Animate brand pages for Kenzo and Givenchy in alignment with marketing plans and conduct weekly site audits to identify and resolve technical issues
- Prepare e-commerce materials including product descriptions, image cropping, and translations to enhance visual presentation and searchability
- Drive e-trade strategy implementation focused on boosting visibility, traffic, and conversion rates
- Create and manage e-newsletters with targeted content, visuals, and segmentation; support social media campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Analyze competitor best practices and deliver ongoing optimization recommendations
- Complete monthly sell-out reports and web analytics, synthesizing performance data into strategic insights and communications
- Develop 360° action plans for brand launches, combining operational execution with strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Graduate-level education in business, marketing, or communication
- Fluent communication in French and English (Dutch proficiency preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Experience in e-retail operations or digital commerce (preferred)

Experience
Beginner-level professional or advanced student seeking practical experience in e-retail and digital marketing within the luxury fragrance and beauty sector. Prior internship or academic project experience in e-commerce, marketing, or retail is advantageous but not required.
Education
Graduate-level education (Master's degree or equivalent) in business, marketing, communication, or a related discipline.
