LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks E-Retail Assistant Project Manager intern (Jan-July 2027) in Levallois-Perret, France for Givenchy Beauty online growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage product catalog referencing (fragrances, makeup, skincare) across 19 retail partner websites, providing essential assets including product descriptions, visuals, and videos
- Coordinate e-trade calendar activations and retail partner visibility programming, including promotional campaigns, gift-with-purchase offers, and sampling initiatives
- Develop digital e-trade visibilities (banners, product placements, e-merchandising) and branded digital content (landing pages, newsletters, social media) to amplify brand presence across online channels
- Participate in innovative digital experience projects including shade finders, fragrance finder tools, interactive storytelling, influencer content creation, and gamification initiatives
- Monitor and report monthly online performance KPIs, compile launch analyses, and deliver strategic insights to support decision-making
- Conduct market monitoring and competitive intelligence within the beauty sector
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BAC +4/5) in Business School or university degree specializing in Marketing and/or Digital
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, reactivity, organizational skills, and autonomy
- Aesthetic and digital sensibility with ability to work effectively with diverse internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Data-driven approach with motivation to analyze and optimize campaign performance
Skills
Experience
First experience in an e-commerce or e-retail environment is preferred, including product referencing and digital visibility optimization. Entry-level candidates with strong digital marketing fundamentals are welcome to apply.

Bachelor's degree (BAC +4/5) in Business or university-level Marketing and/or Digital specialization

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 1,300 to EUR 1,400 per month.
