LVMH is hiring an E-commerce Project Assistant intern in Paris to support digital commerce strategy, innovation and AI projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Maisons and internal teams to identify, design and launch innovative e-commerce projects integrating artificial intelligence and agentic commerce approaches.
- Monitor technology developments and experiment with new solutions to anticipate market trends and create original customer experiences.
- Conduct in-depth ad hoc studies and benchmarks to identify global best practices in e-commerce and digital innovation.
- Develop analyses using a proposed framework and provide impactful strategic recommendations for presentation to the Maisons and to guide their roadmaps.
- Help organise and facilitate workshops and e-commerce communities to encourage expertise sharing and synergies between the Maisons.
- Coordinate stakeholders to support project success and the dissemination of best practices.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree at a leading business school, engineering school or university, with a specialisation in strategic consulting or e-commerce.
- Strong interest in the luxury sector, digital technologies and emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning and conversational agents.
- Rigorous, analytical and proactive, with the ability to synthesise complex information and formulate clear, well-supported recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working in an international environment.
- Fluent English is essential.
- Proficiency in office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint, and analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Power BI.
