Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the management and coordination of commercial animation plans across five European e‑commerce sites (France, Spain, Italy, Germany and Europe Hub) in collaboration with marketing, CRM, merchandising and corporate teams.
  • Contribute to omnichannel activations (product launches, 360 campaigns, special operations, brand events) and adapt strategic activations to local market specificities while preserving brand coherence.
  • Implement Test & Learn experiments on commercial activations, customer journeys, content and promotions; monitor outcomes and translate results into concrete recommendations for the European e‑commerce roadmap.
  • Execute daily webmastering tasks: update site content, integrate and promote product catalogues, manage editorial assets and ensure compliance with e‑merchandising guidelines and brand image.
  • Create and adapt digital assets (homepages, promotional pushes, visuals for e‑services and CRM) using Photoshop and coordinate content deployments with technical and corporate teams.
  • Track site anomalies and development requests through Jira; escalate issues and follow up until resolution.
  • Analyse key site KPIs (traffic, conversion, engagement, commercial performance), produce weekly and monthly reports and convert analyses into business and UX optimisation proposals.
  • Perform competitive and sectoral monitoring to identify digital best practices and innovations in luxury and beauty.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, university or equivalent.
  • First professional experience in e‑commerce or digital (internships and alternances accepted).
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Strong commercial and digital sensibility with a keen interest in brand image and customer experience.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactivity and a Test & Learn culture.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical and coordination skills; attention to detail and critical thinking.
  • Proven familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (or a similar e‑commerce platform), Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
