Role & Responsibilities
- Support the definition and execution of the e‑commerce animation plan across Givenchybeauty.com (France and Europe): implement campaigns, special operations and promotional offers with cross‑functional teams.
- Maintain and update product catalogues and site pages across five sites (France + Europe hub), ensuring adherence to e‑merchandising guidelines and accurate stock/status visibility.
- Produce visual content and site assets (home pages, activations, push e‑services) using Photoshop and coordinate content deployment.
- Log and track bugs and project requests in the Jira project management tool; follow up on improvement projects with corporate IT and e‑commerce teams.
- Monitor site KPIs, produce weekly and monthly reports, and translate analytics into action plans to optimise user experience, customer journeys and conversion rates.
- Conduct continuous competitive benchmarking and market surveillance to feed recommendations for performance improvement.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or holding a Bac+3 (Bachelor) level in business, marketing, digital or equivalent university programme; available for an apprenticeship starting September 2026.
- At least one prior e‑commerce experience (internship or alternance) working on web merchandising, site updates or digital campaigns.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Demonstrated organisation, attention to detail, autonomy, critical thinking and a Test & Learn entrepreneurial mindset.

Early‑career; prior internship or alternance in an e‑commerce or digital marketing environment is required.
Education
Bac+3 (Bachelor) level in a business school or equivalent university degree; currently enrolled in an alternance/apprenticeship pathway.

This position is based in Levallois-Perret, Île-de-France, France, within easy reach of Paris.
