Bvlgari E-commerce Key Account Manager position on Tmall in Shanghai. Drive luxury fragrance & beauty sales strategy, operations, and platform partnerships for LVMH.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales strategies for the Tmall channel to achieve key KPIs including GMV, conversion rate, AOV, and market share
  • Own sales targets, forecasts, budget phasing, and investment allocation as the business and budget owner for Tmall, ensuring delivery of both topline and profitability objectives
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer data to identify growth opportunities; optimize product mix, pricing strategies, and inventory planning
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of major campaign periods (e.g., Double 11, 618, Super Brand Day), ensuring maximum ROI and resource efficiency
  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure all visual assets, content, and user interfaces strictly adhere to Bvlgari's global brand guidelines and luxury aesthetics
  • Optimize the full customer journey—from traffic acquisition to conversion—enhancing user experience and service quality while monitoring DSR scores and satisfaction metrics
  • Drive Tmall CRM and membership growth across recruitment, activation, retention, and repurchase, leveraging consumer data for audience segmentation and personalization
  • Own the Tmall media and traffic strategy across paid, organic, and platform resources; monitor traffic quality, conversion efficiency, and ROI
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to manage stock levels and ensure product availability during peak periods while maintaining seamless logistics
  • Serve as primary point of contact for Tmall category managers and industry operations teams, building and maintaining strong strategic partnerships
  • Secure premium platform resources such as homepage placements, new launch slots, and joint marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility
  • Leverage Alibaba's marketing tools for precise audience targeting, asset accumulation, and retargeting strategies
  • Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal departments to align campaigns, manage contracts, budgets, and compliance
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 5–8 years of e-commerce operation experience
  • At least 3 years specifically managing Tmall Flagship Stores for luxury beauty, fragrance, or premium cosmetics brands
  • Proficient in Tmall backend operations and Alibaba's digital marketing ecosystem
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets to drive decision-making
  • Excellent project management capabilities and proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments
