LVMH — Paris: Internship for an E‑commerce Junior Project Manager focusing on AI‑driven digital commerce and cross‑Maison projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multiple Maisons and internal teams to identify, design and launch e‑commerce initiatives that integrate AI and agentic commerce approaches.
- Conduct technology watch and experimentation of emerging digital solutions to anticipate market trends and propose novel customer experiences.
- Execute in‑depth ad hoc studies and global benchmarks to surface best practices in e‑commerce and digital innovation.
- Develop analytical frameworks and strategic recommendations to shape Maison roadmaps and inform leadership decision‑making.
- Organize and animate workshops and e‑commerce communities to facilitate knowledge sharing and cross‑Maison synergies.
- Coordinate stakeholders across functions to ensure smooth project delivery and the dissemination of operational best practices.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master’s program at a grande école, engineering school or university with a specialisation in strategy, e‑commerce or digital.
- Strong interest in luxury, digital transformation and new technologies (AI, machine learning, conversational agents).
- Rigorous, analytical and proactively oriented with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear, evidence‑based recommendations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to diverse, international stakeholders.
- Fluent English (mandatory); professional proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with analytics and BI tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI.
