Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Maisons and internal stakeholders to identify, design and launch e‑commerce initiatives that integrate artificial intelligence and agentic commerce approaches.
- Conduct technology scouting and experimentation to evaluate emerging digital solutions and anticipate market trends.
- Perform in‑depth ad hoc studies and global benchmarks to surface best practices in e‑commerce and digital innovation.
- Develop analytical frameworks and strategic recommendations to inform Maison roadmaps and executive presentations.
- Organize and facilitate workshops and e‑commerce communities to disseminate expertise and foster cross‑Maison synergies.
- Coordinate multi‑stakeholder projects to ensure timely delivery, knowledge transfer and rollout of identified best practices.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master’s programme at a top business school, engineering school or university, with a specialization in strategy, consulting or e‑commerce.
- Strong interest in luxury, digital technologies and AI (including machine learning and conversational agents).
- Highly analytical, rigorous and proactive, with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear, evidence‑based recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort working in an international, cross‑functional environment.
- Fluent English is mandatory; availability to start the internship in September 2026 is expected.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI.
