E-Commerce & CRM Manager at Givenchy Beauty, London. Drive digital sales strategy and customer retention for luxury perfumes & cosmetics brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define, create and drive comprehensive eCommerce and CRM strategy with full-year trade activation plans
- Build 360-degree launch campaigns in synchronisation with marketing to deliver sustained brand moments
- Collaborate with Givenchy HQ to localise website content and implement digital asset management
- Manage sample and gifting strategies to drive product discovery and conversion optimisation
- Monitor and track eCommerce site performance on a daily basis, maintaining daily quality checks for bugs and errors
- Update site visual merchandising, pages, and content; build and submit business cases to headquarters for new features
- Manage and optimise all UK Search territories including SEO and SEA; conduct competitive benchmarking
- Drive UK Loyalty programme management and client retention through targeted CRM initiatives and KPI monitoring
- Align email, SMS, and campaign schedules; develop and implement full-year activation calendar
- Collaborate with partner agencies to define SEA strategies and determine optimal budget allocation
- Identify market trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI and customer acquisition volume
- Build, plan and execute efficient media strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue according to budget constraints
- Prepare weekly eCommerce performance commentary tracking sales versus targets and pivoting plans accordingly
- Deliver detailed monthly analysis including competitor insights, sales by category, MTD/YTD KPIs, risks and opportunities
- Forecast annual, monthly and weekly sales and expenses; continuously reforecast to optimise profitability
- Report and analyse media performance metrics including traffic, conversion, and customer trends
- Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to forecast launch product quantities for eCommerce channel
- Coach and develop direct reports with regular feedback and ad-hoc training to support team development and progression
- Partner with demand planners to ensure appropriate eCommerce inventory levels supporting sales forecasts
- Collaborate with LVMH PC UK warehouse and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery and on-brand customer experience
- Deliver immersive brand training sessions ensuring consistent deployment of brand packaging standards and guidelines
- Partner with LVMH Customer Services to ensure best-in-class service; create action plans to improve processes
Qualifications
- Strong eCommerce experience and demonstrable understanding of eCommerce management
- Deep knowledge of the UK beauty industry and market dynamics
- Thorough understanding of luxury goods industry standards and practices
- Proven expertise in SEM campaign deployment (CPC, CPA, CPL)
- Demonstrated experience in SEO strategy development
- Advanced ability to analyse large data volumes and communicate insights to senior leadership
- Strong project management capability with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously with reliable follow-through
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive eCommerce and digital commerce experience, with demonstrated success in managing online retail operations, driving digital sales performance, and executing customer acquisition strategies within fast-paced, commercially focused environments.
Education
Upper secondary education or equivalent; tertiary qualification in business, marketing, commerce or related discipline preferred.
