Role & Responsibilities

• Manage bi-weekly replenishment flows for basic products from central or regional hubs to local warehouses using APS or DRP systems to ensure precise product availability
• Coordinate with warehouse operations to expedite receiving processes for risky stock arrivals and prevent out-of-stock situations
• Conduct periodic reviews and adjust planning parameters to facilitate efficient stock deployment and optimize inventory turnover
• Monitor change ratios and execute corrective actions to align supply with up-to-date demand patterns
• Request updated forecasts for products experiencing sudden sales deviations of 30% or greater
• Monitor and communicate shipment status of novelty product launches to ensure stock readiness by optimal consumption date
• Analyze post-launch performance for new products and execute effective replenishment strategies tailored by brand
• Facilitate monthly Sales & Operations Planning meetings to synchronize stock health with financial objectives
• Proactively alert brand teams regarding warehouse stock level risks to initiate timely corrective actions
• Provide novelty stock availability reports to relevant stakeholders across the organization
• Review and propose returns of excess inventory to regional hubs or coordinate stock transfers with other subsidiaries
• Share monthly KPI reports for all brands and analyze performance variances against targets
• Share POSM leftover reports to reconcile total forecasts against actual receipts
• Share quarterly Code 3 shipping plans to finance team for budgetary alignment

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or related functions
• Demonstrated proficiency with advanced planning systems (APS) or demand-replenishment planning (DRP) tools
• Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholder collaboration in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of inventory optimization principles and supply chain best practices

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, or a closely related discipline within the luxury, beauty, perfumes, or fast-moving consumer goods sectors.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline. Relevant certifications in supply chain or inventory management are advantageous.
