LVMH Beauty Distribution Planner in Seoul – supply chain, ANAPLAN, inventory management. Permanent, on-site, English/Korean.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage weekly distribution flow to point-of-sale locations utilizing ANAPLAN to ensure precise and efficient product allocation
  • Conduct periodic review and adjustment of stock parameters to maintain optimal inventory levels at retail counters
  • Place weekly manual replenishment requests from counters via Agora system
  • Facilitate and communicate strategic stock allocation decisions across channels (retail and e-commerce)
  • Alert sales team and counter staff regarding warehouse stock level risks and coordinate corrective actions
  • Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to provide distribution scope and insights
  • Generate and analyze distribution reporting for all brands, identifying and explaining performance variances against targets
  • Execute monthly master data review and alert brand teams to maintain data accuracy and system reliability
  • Oversee creation and revision of local inventory items, including service codes and bill of materials
  • Perform sanity checks on master data to ensure system consistency and reliability
  • Monitor and update standard pricing (STD) and recommended retail price (SRP) information
  • Follow up on monthly scrap processes, including damaged and quality-compromised products
  • Monitor specialized inventory locations (aging, quality-hold, non-saleable) to sustain overall inventory health

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of proven expertise in supply chain management with demonstrated ability to manage complexity
  • Preferably experience in multinational or international environments
  • Strong interest in and knowledge of the cosmetics and beauty industry
  • Exceptional analytical and numerical accuracy with advanced computer proficiency
  • Fluency in both English and Korean (written and spoken)
  • Strong coordination and communication skills across multiple stakeholders

Experience
