Distribution Planner role at LVMH Beauty in Seoul, South Korea – manage inventory allocation, counter replenishment, and supply chain operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage counter replenishment processes to ensure optimal stock levels aligned with warehouse operation schedules, sales seasonality, and promotional mechanics
- Allocate channel inventory strategically to maximize business opportunities and support organizational priorities across online and offline channels
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators related to counter service, inventory management, and operational efficiency, including weekly presence rates and monthly service trend analysis
- Maintain accurate master data in enterprise systems and point-of-sale platforms, including logistics parameter updates and item information maintenance
- Collaborate with supply planning teams on regular local and regional sales and operations planning processes
- Serve as primary liaison between supply chain and sales/retail teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment on business objectives
- Participate in project initiatives including POS replenishment system migrations, channel stock allocation enhancements, and sourcing flow optimizations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, or retail operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to collaborate across functional teams
- Advanced analytical, planning, and organizational capabilities
- Proficiency in ERP and point-of-sale systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in supply chain management, inventory planning, retail operations, or related distribution functions, preferably within the luxury cosmetics, perfumes, or fashion retail sectors.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or equivalent field, or equivalent professional experience.
