Distribution Planner role at LVMH Beauty in Seoul, South Korea – manage inventory allocation, counter replenishment, and supply chain operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage counter replenishment processes to ensure optimal stock levels aligned with warehouse operation schedules, sales seasonality, and promotional mechanics
  • Allocate channel inventory strategically to maximize business opportunities and support organizational priorities across online and offline channels
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators related to counter service, inventory management, and operational efficiency, including weekly presence rates and monthly service trend analysis
  • Maintain accurate master data in enterprise systems and point-of-sale platforms, including logistics parameter updates and item information maintenance
  • Collaborate with supply planning teams on regular local and regional sales and operations planning processes
  • Serve as primary liaison between supply chain and sales/retail teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment on business objectives
  • Participate in project initiatives including POS replenishment system migrations, channel stock allocation enhancements, and sourcing flow optimizations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, or retail operations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to collaborate across functional teams
  • Advanced analytical, planning, and organizational capabilities
  • Proficiency in ERP and point-of-sale systems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment

Experience
