Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage counter replenishment parameters and quantities by SKU and counter based on SKU lifecycle status, B&M sell-out performance, and marketing strategy.
  • Provide qualitative feedback on saleable items, manage catalogues, and track department store sell-in progress.
  • Facilitate communication between Supply, Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations teams.
  • Coordinate the distribution of novelties in collaboration with Marketing and Sales.
  • Conduct weekly allocation communications and monthly analysis of over/under consumption of saleable items.
  • Propose and lead actions to drive business metrics with key internal functional areas.
  • Conduct periodic logistics reviews with brand’s Top Management and key clients.
  • Update ERP/POS with accurate sales status data by SKU based on forecasts, supply, lifecycle, and stock.
  • Coach and provide backup for new team members.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in Distribution, Retail, or Supply Chain Planning.
  • Proficiency in English.

Skills

Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. Proficient in Excel. Ability to engage with top management. Self-starter with the ability to work independently under pressure. Sensitive business acumen.

Experience

2-3 years of experience in Distribution, Retail, or Supply Chain Planning is required.
